Im Drehkreuz realer Live-Performance als Club-Entertainment präsentiert Musikkrause das Debütalbum “Vulgarian Knights”. Für die Aufnahmen dazu begab sich die Band gemeinsam mit Axel Reinemer und Immo Wischhusen (Flowin IMMO) ins Jazzanova Studio nach Berlin.
Produziert wurde die urban arrangierte Rhythmklang-Architektur von Michel Baumann (Soulphiction/ Jackmate). Dank dieser Coproduktion ist es brillant gelungen, die Energie des Liveprogramms auf Tonträger zu manifestieren. Das Ergebnis ist ein Statement: This Is A Journey Into Our Sound! Ein Album in einem nachhaltig spirituellen Guss, welches sowohl als Gesamtwerk verschlungen, wie auch in Einzeltrackzerlegung auf den Plattentellern bestens funktioniert (12inch-Releases und Doppel-LP über Kompakt erhältlich).
Aus purer jamlastiger Spielfreude züchten sich famose Entladungen von Blas- und Tasteninstrumenten – mal schroff im Funk, mal feinsinnig im Jazz, mal ausufernd improvisierend. Eine Musik mit Mehrwert für urbane, szenige Leute und für alle, deren Herz noch taktvoll schlägt. Es ist der Pakt zwischen Bühnenexzess & Clubbewahrung, der Feindrehstar zu Feindrehstar macht.
In the crossroads of real live performance as club entertainment presents Musikkrause the debut album of Feindrehstar. The recording took place together with Axel Reinemer and Immo Wischhusen (Flowin IMMO) is Jazzanova Studio in Berlin. From a pure jammed out playfulness there grew a sparkling conversation between the winds and those with keys – sometimes a rugged funk, others a finely-sensed Jazz, and then completely improvised.
